Es wird gesagt, dieser Song handelt von jemandem, der die ganze Zeit nicht gewürdigt wird.
Als Green Day disen Song im Studio aufgenommen haben, wollten sie ihn ers "Do Da Da" nennen. Dann gab es im Studio einen Fehler und jemand nannte den Song Stuck With Me. So wurden "Stuck With Me" und "Do Da Da" quasi vertauscht. Später, als B.Side und auf Shenanigans, wurde das das "wahre" "Stuck With Me" veröffentlicht.
